I grew up in a small town in Mississippi. I had a passion for cooking from an early age. It all started with learning to grill burgers and dogs in the backyard. My uncle bought me my first water smoker, I wasn't afraid to jump right in smoking meats like turkeys and ham around the holidays.
I graduated to the to the dry offset smoker and continued smoking meats such as pork butts, brisket, and whole chickens, as well as ribs.
It was a natural transition for me into competition BBQ with my love of smoking meat. I really enjoy cooking and trying to perfect every recipe I come up with! I invite you to contact me to cater your next event, because I know you will enjoy my BBQ as much as I enjoy cooking it!
